Marianne Flowers, 58, died February 11, 2010, in Vacaville, CA after a short illness. Born November 8, 1951, in San Jose, CA to Arthur and Bernice Flowers, and graduated from Terra Linda High School in 1970, she had a successful 36 year career at CSAA. Marianne is survived by her daughter, Robin Newey; granddaughter Raina Newey; sisters, Diane (Dave) Flowers-Urquiza, Julie Ann (Wes) Farriss and Leeann Flowers; and numerous nieces and nephews. Marianne loved to cook, garden, scrap/journal and most recently enjoyed beading. She will be greatly missed by her family and everyone who knew her. A service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday February 19th at McCune Garden Chapel, 212 Main St., Vacaville, CA.

I was shocked to read today of Marianne's passing. She was one of the people I was looking forward to seeing. How could u forget someone with a name like Marianne Flowers! She was as pretty as her name and whenever she joined the group there were instantly extra laughs.My sincerest loving thoughts to her family. A blessing on all.
