Kathy Powell Sparks was born March 18, 1944 in San Diego, CA.  She passed away on November 4, 1997 of cancer.  She is survived by her husband Jerry Sparks and her children Pam, Les and Jerry.  Her sister-in-law, Karen Thompson Powell (also a classmate of ours) notified us of her passing and said she was always a good and kind girl who died too young.  She and her family had been living in Hesperia, CA.
