I was classmates with Billy from Wood Gormley all the way to Santa Fe High. We weren't close friends but knew each other and would always chat here and there. Sad to know a fellow military brother has fallen. Condolences to his family. Here's to you my friend. If the link does not show up, copy and paste:

Wow, I really can't believe that Billy is gone. We partied in HS and then lost touch. I eventually bumped into him at one of the clubs here and we pretty much partied all night, but that was the last that I got to see him. My heart goes out to the family. I really liked Billy. He was very nice and every time I saw him he was always smiling. He made me laugh, he was very funny. He will be greatly missed by me. We had a lot of good times in High School.

Billy was my 1st boyfriend, when we really couldn't have boyfriends in grade school - lol. We were in the picture of Mrs. Stamet's 5th grade class at Wood Gormely. He's in the Green Shirt and I'm behind him in the Blue Sweater. I remember that a classmate got jealous of him giving me a pack of gum and turned me in to Mrs. Cordova (4th grade) teacher. She was so mean to me and told me that I was too young to be receiving gifts from boys and she ACTUALLY CALLED MY MOM! That made the pack of gum all the more special (even though she made me give it to her on the playground! :( After Elementary we went to different schools but caught back up and would pass each other and say hi in High School.

Condolences to his family.

My toughts and prayers go out to Billy's family. It is so sad to hear about fellow classmates (anyone actually) that have passed away. I knew Billy in high school and remember he and his friend Matthew came to my Home Ec class and begged the teacher (her name slips my mind, Ms. Kelty?) to let them in her class and since they were the only boys who would be in that class, she asked all of us whether or not she should let them in - of course we all said yes! Then, the two of them made the other girls do all their sewing!! After high school, I remember being at the airport with his friends and family to greet him back from Desert Storm... You will be missed, Billy.

My thoughts and prayers to Billy's family. Billy had that personality that could make anyone laugh. I'll never forget Graduation Day and Billy shaking up a bottle of champagne under his gown so he could spray all of us that were around him....only Billy!

Rest in Peace

I'm sorry to hear about Billy, I had several classes with Billy and had a lot of fun with him. He was so full of energy, and was always doing back flips. He was a great person and a great friend. I will miss him. I like to send my sympathy to all his family.

Billy was one of my best friends at Wood Gormley. I remember sleeping over at his house and playing tricks on his grandma and his sister Mary Jo. He ALWAYS had a dimpled smile on his face and was a great basketball player. Unfortunately we lost touch after W.G. My condolences to his family.

Billy and I were very close in High School. He and Matt and John were always a barrel of laughs whether we were at a football game or partying at Patrick Smith Park. We got ourselves out of a couple of real close calls.

I recently saw Billy just after I moved back from Phoenix and didn't stop to say hi. I will always regret that. My prayers go out to Billy's family. Losing someone is never easy, but when it is your child, it is unthinkable.
