But, my dear wife Kathleen "cut her elementary teeth" at Lewis (before moving over to Steele Lane in 3rd grade), and so may other terrific kids, who later became close, valued friend attended there, so I've taken the liberty (for which I am infamous) of starting this "thread" on the forum, on their behalf (behalves?)

Now ... my friend Carlene Frazee (b.t.w., she's half Italian like my wife, so don't be a fool and mess with her) actually posted the true and worthy inaugural comment about Lewis School. (Yeah, so what if it was mistakenly appended to the Fremont thread?)  If, by this offering, I have assisted Carlene and/or others to begin or continue sharing their unique and delightful memories and comments about Lewis ASchool . . . then I'm a happy man.
