Born March 20, 1964; died October 28, 2009 unexpectedly. He was preceded in death by his father Finau E. Piatanesi. Survived by his wife Nicki, sister Terri, mother Joan, Aunt Norma and Uncle Joe Kaline and many cousins. Reno worked at the SF Chronicle for 20 years. Most recently he had returned to school and was working in a counseling capacity, sharing his strength. Many are grieving, including his many beloved animals, especially Bella.
