After graduating from Michigan State Univ with a degree in French, English, and Education, I taught at Chapel for 4 years. I then earned an MBA from Northwestern Univ and worked in marketing for 20 years before deciding to tackle a new career. After getting my JD, I joined my husband's law practice. We help primarily start-up, small, and mid-size businesses protect their ideas and intellectual property via licensing, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Our practice also involves e-commerce, privacy, defamation, and other Internet-related legal issues.
