Kate died on October 23rd in New Mexico after a long period if illness.  There is no obituary.  When Kate's daughter is ready, there will be a celebration of life, probably virtual, and may be private.

"Kate was loved by many, myself included.  She will be missed but I'm very glad she isn't suffering anymore."
