Susan Skvara (nee Graham)  died in July 1997 of cancer.

Sue was a 1971 graduate of physical education from Valpariso University and received a Masters degree in Supervision from the State University of New York, Albany. 

Sue taught and coached at Lowell (IN) High School and was the Director of Parks & Recreation of Lowell.

She was a 17 year IHSAA licensed official, serving as head judge on vaulting at several state meets.

She was a member of the Holy Rosary Parish and a physical education teacher at Holy Rosary for 9 years.

Sue was an Evansville (IN) Catholic Diocese "Teacher of the Year"  nominee, State of Indiana president-elect of GFWC/ Indiana Federation of Clubs, past Indiana State Director of junior clubs, member of Posey County Junior Womens Club, and honored as an outstanding Junior Club Woman in Indiana.

Sue was survived by her husband, Mike, and two daughters.
