David 'Moose' Lecce Schenectady David Moose Lecce, 65, of Schenectady, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2015, at Albany Medical Center Hospital. David owned and operated Congress Plumbing and Heating in Schenectady for many years. He was predeceased by his parents, Dominic and Marie Pagano Lecce. David is survived by his wife, Denise Carbonneau Lecce of Rotterdam; his daughter, Maria (Justin) Peek of Rotterdam; and two brothers, Thomas (Roseann) Lecce of Glenville and Peter Lecce of Clifton Park. It was David's request that there be no services.
