Carmella "Diane" Zarnofsky Plante, 63, died Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Ellis Hospital. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Constance (Sandora) Zarnofsky. A graduate of Spencer Business School, Diane was the beloved mother and grandmother of Melissa Hughes and husband, Peter and their children, Kerensa and Morgan. She is also the sister of Rosemarie Zarnofsky of Schenectady and Charles Zarnofsky (Veronica) of Glenville.
