Hi Alvin, I was so shocked when I heard you had passed away only a few years ago. I now know of the hell you went through while posted as a forward ground controller in Vietnam. Having two APC's (armored personel carrier) blown up beneath you and you being the only survivor from the two incidents. When you returned and was going steady with my sister Anna, We heard of all the nightmares, the night sweats, the constant security checks you did before you went to bed and especially at night. I know the measures you took to insure my sisters safety, during one horrable "flashback" that you suffered one night. My Dad understood and he told me why. The hell you had lived through. God rest your soul and grant you serenity. God Bless you Alvin. Rest in Peace...finally.
