In Memory

Scott Novak

Scott Edward Novak, 50, of Wausau, WI, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017. Scott was born March 28, 1966 in Wausau to James and Anna Novak.

Scott had a great sense of humor; he was witty and charming with a childlike persona at times. He never held a grudge and didn't judge people. He treated everyone with mutual respect and the highest regard, no matter what their social status or character. Scott was well liked and had many friends.

Scott was a free spirit content with the simplest things. He had a love of expression through music and art, and was a very gifted and modest artist who gave his work freely to others. He enjoyed helping out local bands with his art work for their advertising as well as helping with their song ideas. Scott also loved to play guitar, spending many hours changing emotion into music. He was an avid Van Halen fan.

Scott was a humble man that was more content with viewing the world rather than trying to change or own it. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. May God Bless and Keep him.

Scott is survived by his Wife, Tina Novak of Marathon; Daughters: Bethany Novak-Tveten of Sheppard Air Force Base Wichita Falls, TX and Clarissa Novak-Tveten of Weston; his Mother, Anna Novak of Wausau; his Step-Mother, Cheryl Novak of Arkansas; 3 Sisters: Laurie Heiser (Jeff) of Hatley; Debra Novak-Buchkowski (Paul) of Hatley; and Angel Strain (David) of Arkansas; 1 Brother: Douglas Novak (Irmi) of Maryland; and his Best-Friend, Jim Voight (Gigi Heinz) of Merrill. Scott was preceded in death by his Father, James Novak.
