Chadwick, Kathleen L. (Nelson), 51, of Phoenix, AZ, joined her mother and father on May 9, 2013. She was the daughter of Herman and Alice Chadwick, born on July 12, 1961. Former wife of Brian Nelson and will be greatly missed by her daughter Rachael Nelson and son Corey Nelson, both of Phoenix, AZ. She was Survived by her siblings Brenda Burke, Cindy Chadwick, John Chadwick, Albert Chadwick and many nieces and nephews. Kathleen always went by the nick name Kathy. She attended Saguaro High School, class of 1979. She was employed at Community Hospital as a surgical technician. Kathy had such a big heart with so much kindness and caring to everyone and we will all miss her beautiful smile that made everyone do the same.

Kathy she had a stroke which caused a brain hemorrhage on the center of brain stem which is most critical part where there are no surgeries to perform or cure for this type of situation. We will miss her.
Kathy and I first knew each other from Camelback Desert School in Paradise Valley. She was somewhat shy but very sweet. We stayed friends all the way through High School at Saguaro.
Last time I saw Kathy was at our 20th Renuion. I visited with her, Dale and Dawn Yavitt.
Very sweet, dealy missed.
