Helen Barrett Coulter, 63, of Riverview, Fla., formerly of Johnson City, N.Y., died Friday at Sun City Center Hospice House. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Coulter.
Born and raised in Scranton, daughter of the late Robert and Rosemary Barrett, she was a tour director for Shafer’s Bus Lines for many years. She recently retired from Gulf Eagle Supply in Tampa, Fla.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Mary Lou Johnson and Carol Duffy for their love, support and caring nature.
Surviving are a son, Scott A. Coulter, Riverview; a daughter, Pam Coulter, Binghamton, N.Y.; three brothers, Michael and wife, Patricia Barrett, Apollo Beach, Fla.; Robert and wife, Debra Barrett, Schnecksville; and Gerry and wife, Colleen Barrett, Tallahassee, Fla.; and a very special uncle, Jack and wife, Rosemary McGuigan, Scranton. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Edward Barrett.
