
Mrs. Nancy Borsuk Turnbull of 305 Bayshore Dr. died July 30 in Princeton, West Virginia from injuries she received in an automobile accident that occurred while she was en route to the home of her husband's parents in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
She was born in Scranton Pa., November 1, 1947, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Edward Borsuk and was graduated from Scranton Central High School in 1965, completed training at Scranton State General Hospital School of Nursing. She was awarded a bachelor of science degree in sociology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters degree and rehabilitation counseling from the University of Kentucky.
Mrs. Turnbull was a member and Sunday School teacher in the Windermere Presbyterian Church and had been active in women's and conservation groups and had done volunteer work at New Hanover Memorial Hospital.
Surviving besides her parents and her husband Dr. David M Turnbull of the home: two sons Jeffrey David and Jason Paul Turnbull of the home; a brother, Joseph Borsuk of Allentown Pa. and a sister Mrs. Kathleen Sterner of Hanover Pa.
A memorial service will be conducted on Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock in the Windermere Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Graham C. McChesney and Rev. Frank J. Turnbull.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Windermere Presbyterian Church Sunday School or the Singings Hill Association, c/o Reverend Frank J Turnbull Palestine, W.Va.
