Barbara Ludka (Trama)

Barbara A. Trama, 75, of Clarks Summit, died Monday evening at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton.

Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of Theodore Ludka and Anna Pepper Ludka. She was a graduate of Scranton Central High School and the Mercy School of Nursing. Prior to retirement, she was employed at
St. Joseph's Center in Scranton.

Surviving are a daughter, Laura Thomas and her husband, Paul, Moscow; a son, John Trama Jr. and his wife, Donnalisa, Scranton; four grandchildren, Tyler Trama and his wife, Caitlyn, Bremerton, Wash.;
Jacob Thomas, West Chester, Pa.; Joshua Thomas, Moscow; and Madyson Trama, Scranton; three brothers, Theodore Ludka and his wife, Jane, Moscow; Thomas Ludka and his wife, Joan, Florida; and Richard Ludka and his wife, Mary Ann, Poconos; and several nieces and nephews.

Nothing gave Barbara greater joy than spending time with her children and especially her beloved grandchildren.

The family would also like to thank the staff of Geisinger Community Medical Center ICU for their wonderful care and compassion during this time.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church, Jackson Street in Scranton. Visitation will be held in the church from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass. Inurnment to take place in the Cathedral Cemetery in Scranton.
