Theresa Mastroianni (Keenan)

Theresa Mastroianni Keenan, of Walpole, MA, formerly of Scranton, died Sept. 14 at home. She was the wife of Ralph Keenan.

Born in Scranton, daughter of Minnie Ferlaino Mastroianni, Clarks Green, and the late Pasquale Mastroianni, she was a graduate of the Community Medical Center School of Nursing, class of 1968. Following her graduation, she worked in the Overlook Hospital, Summit, N.J., and then settled in the New England Deaconess Hospital for more than 30 years. She was most recently employed at the Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates Endoscopy Clinic.

She was a devoted wife, daughter, mother and nurse. There was nothing she loved more than spending time with her family and friends. Those who were privileged to know her will never forget her incredible lust for life or her smile.

Surviving are two sons, Geoff Keenam of Walpole and Timothy Keenan of San Diego, CA. She is also survived by many cousins and extended family.

A memorial Mass celebrating her life will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Church of St. Gregory, Clarks Green. Family and friends will be received at the Green Ridge Club, Wyoming Avenue, following the services.
