Hal Williams is how I remember my fellow classmate from Central High School. He was a true friend and someone who could be counted on to do the right thing. I remember that we both liked long sleeve check flannel shirts in the winter time. Now my friend is looking down on us with that great smile of his.  Semper fi

I went to school with Harold from Kindergarten to graduation from Central High School. Because the teachers often sat us in alphabetical order we would very often end up seated across from each other or near. I will never forget Harold's extemporaneous speech in Mrs. Atherton's tenth grade English class. He had us rolling on the floor laughing at his bright wit and delivery. He could have been a stand-up comic on the side. When I mentioned it at our 25th reunion, he smiled and said "I didn't think anybody would remember that." His life has been well-lived and now he rests from his labors in his Savior's arms.
