Judy Ann Stacks Cossey, 59, died peacefully at home surrounded by family, March 11, 2008 due to complications of Alzheimer''s. 

She was born Sept. 28 1948 in Bainbridge Island WA., daughter of Frank and Barbara Lucille Cholaj. She graduated from Holy Names Academy in Seattle, WA and earned her Associates degree from Weber State University in 1994. 

In 1967 she married Keith L Stacks, moving to Utah shortly after. Together they had three sons Andrew (Sue) Stacks, Harrisville UT, Keith (Piper) Stacks, Syracuse UT, and Brendon Stacks, Wash. Terrace, UT., and were later divorced. In 1993 she met and married Karl Cossey. During her first marriage, Judy enjoyed her own home milk delivery business, "the milk maam". 

She was also employed with Mervyns where she made many great friends. After receiving her Medical Records Technology degree from Weber State, she was employed with LDS Hospital in SLC., UT. 

Judy enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, collecting antique dolls, shopping, and chocolate. 

In addition to her husband and sons, she is survived by two step-daughters, Shelley (Brent) Morley Rio Rancho, NM, Tammy (Mark) Toddy Rio Rancho, NM, one brother Frank (Monica) Cholaj Spokane, WA., three sisters Linda Zahner Greyland, WA., Liz (Dana) Stacks Puyallup, WA., Sandie (Lee) Black Syracuse, UT, and seven grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Susan Cholaj, and a niece Aubrey Amburn.
