Don Martin shared the sad news of the passing of Gayle Hill. His nice comments:
I did not know Gayle in high school. Met her after the many years later, at music events and such. I admired her early-on unique silver hair, comfortable demeanor, and music acumen. She was early on personal assitant for our Seattle-own Heart band great Ann Wilson for three years. She went on to work for Alaska Air as a flight attendant trainer for some 35 years and retired in 2023. I had bought a single ticket for our succesful 50 year reunion. I happened, soon after, to be behind her in line at a music event. I asked her why she would not commit to going to the 50th. She said, she did not know who to go with... I said, you should go with me, please, as I would go by myself too. Great time was had by all. Gayle had not gone to any of the many reunion events to date. She went with me in my vintage car to the 50th and loved it... As did I. Gayle made the 50th reunion. She loved it and it loved her back. RIP my good freind Gayle Hill.
