Rachel Herrera Daugherty, born in Seguin, Texas, passed away in Albuquerque N.M. on Feb. 27, 2010 at the age of 37.

Rachel is survived by her husband Neal Daugherty, her mother Genoveva DelToro, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father Juan Machado Herrera, maternal grandparents Maria and Procoro Gaitan, and paternal grandparents Marta and Jose Herrera. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the New Mexico Boys and Girls Ranch, 6209 Hendrix NE, 2nd Floor, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87110.
