The following was written by Carey Finn, one of Tom's classmates from the Class of 1969.
The Class of 1969 lost a good friend and accomplished class member on February 8, 202 with the passing of Tom. While attending Newfield he showed his skill as an outstanding gymnast and as a Varsity Letter winner for three years. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1971 and in 1975 switched to the U.S. Marine Corp. He attained the rank of Major and retired on September 1, 1990. He is survived by his wife, Janice, whom he married on Valentine's Day 1985.
