I'm very sorry to hear of Maryellen's passing. I've known her since way back in 6th grade (1960) at the old Wood
Road Elementary School in Centereach. My sympathies to her family.

Thomas Taylor (1968)
I just found this site and was shocked to find that Mary Ellen had passed away! I was a classmate of hers at Wood Road Elementary School and, to this day, remember her mischievous smile. I was a serious kid and she always loved teasing me, but it was always in fun. Funny how even after almost 60 years that some people still stick in your mind with affection and you can still recall what they looked like. She will be missed. My condolences.
