Comments:

I married and moved to Walhalla in 1983. I worked @ Bad Creek and transferred to Duke Power Sales Office in Walhalla until second child was born. Stayed at home until Easton began school and then started subbing in classrooms. Changed to subbing in Cafeterias and decided that Food Service was my nitch. I still get to do office work and keep up to date on computer stuff while doing hands on work. I always liked being creative and what better way than with food.

I was hired on with the School District and worked my way up to manager @ Walhalla Elementary where I presently work.

Me and my family have attended North Walhalla Church of God for 19 years.

My husband and I bought a Harely a couple of years ago and enjoy riding with other couples. I joined a tennis league a few years ago and play twice a week for exercise. I played softball with the church league up until 2 or 3 years ago.

My oldest son, Phillip works outages with the Atlantic Group, a Duke Power contractor. My youngest son, Easton graduated this year, 2010. He is attending Tri County Tec to become a welder.

I have not attended any reunions but I've seen many of my classmates out and about which I love. But, I have trouble remembering some names so forgive me if I go blank on anyone.

Hope to talk with you later.

School Story:

School was great but I wish I could go back and change a lot of things. I was a good student with good grades until I got into High School. I wish I would have paid more attention to my teachers and learned more. And I especially wish that I would have went on to College when I had the opportunity.

Deal's Gap in Tennessee. Where crazy people go to ride motorcycles at high speeds around ridiculous curves. Makes moms and dads age really fast!

Trying to install Photo Shop on my computer. Harley's there for moral support. Got it installed but now I need to go to school to learn how to use it.

Easton and his friend, Carrine a couple of weeks after he broke his neck at the Abbeville football game. That was a scary time for us all.
