Russ was a old friend, we shared a good times and classes in high school. Russ was an Usher in my wedding. I haven't seen him in many years, Suzzie has seen Tina a few times and told about the health problems Russ has been having. My heart goes out to all the family. I will miss Russ very much and I'm sorry I didn't have a chance to see him again.

Russ Groomes!  Russ and I were best friends at SHS. We both went to Tech together and then decided to join the military and see the world together but somehow our testing didn't go as we expected and we went to different military services and served our country. We both got married to wonderful women to which I am still blessed to have my Jane. Sussie or Sussie-Q as I called her also graduated with us and Russ always loved and cherrished her very much. I regret very much that over our older years we didn't continue the great friendship we had back in school. We did everything together while in school. I think about my ole friend quite often and truly miss him very much. I will always have the memories. He is gone but never forgotten. Love you to Susie-Q.
