(RET.) SENECA FIRE CAPTAIN TODD WILLIAMS

Seneca – (Ret.) Seneca Fire Department Captain David Todd Williams, 54, husband of Sherrie Lee Williams, 308 Willow Brook Lane, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017.

A native of Oconee County, he was the son of the late William Raymond and Rachel C. Williams. Mr. Williams retired as Captain from the Seneca Fire Department after 26 years of service and also was co-owner of Blue Ridge Welding. He was a member and elder of Tri-County Worship Center in Seneca.

Survivors in addition to his wife, Sherrie, include his sons, Timothy Chase Williams, and David Kane Williams and beloved grandson, Kason Williams all of Seneca; and brothers, Larry Williams (Gina), Rick Williams (Anne), Randy Williams (Cathy), and Tony Williams (Susan).

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Tim Williams; and sister, Judy Tucker.

A graveside service will be held 10 am, Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Oconee Memorial Park with fireman honors by the Seneca Fire Department and the Golden Corner Honor Guard. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Sandifer Funeral Home.
