Pamela Lynne Stone a resident of Des Plaines for 14 years Pamela Lynne Stone (nee Bobbitt), formerly of the Northpark neighborhood of Chicago, was the beloved wife of Peter E. Stone; loving mother of Nicholas and Ryan; devoted daughter of Linda (Phillip Montague) Bobbitt and Gary (Debbie) Bobbitt; and dear sister of Randy (Sissy) Bobbitt, and a stepbrother and three stepsisters. Born Sept. 5, 1968, in Paris, France, she passed away Sunday, June 17, 2012, at home. Pamela was a Terrace Elementary School PTC president. Visitation will be Thursday, from 10 a.m. until the services at 11 a,m. at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 200 S. Wille St., Mount Prospect. Pam was a devoted mother and wife. She loved her life and brought light to all who knew her/everyone who came in contact with her was impacted in a positive way. She provided unconditional friendship and was there for her family and friends no matter what. She kept her battle of her disease very private and didn't want many to know she was sick. It was her goal to ensure her boys had positive memories of her. She fought a good fight. I know she is at peace and she will not be far from us. Love and hugs to you Pam, my dear dear friend. You will be remembered with a smile and happy thoughts forever. Thank you for being such a positive part of my life.
