Bill was one of the sweetest, kindest people I have known. I was tremendously saddened to hear of his death. He did not pass away without blessing others around him however.

I remember Bill as one of the kindest, smartest and most ambitious guys in our class. I too was shocked to hear of his passing. I remember him being the most likely to succeed. No doubt that he succeeded in touching the hearts of everyone he met by simply being himself and sharing his magnetic personality and contagious smile. You will be missed my friend. Rest In Peace...(Aloha Oi) until we meet again.

I was so sad to hear of Bill Moe's passing. I don't think once in my life did I ever just call him "Bill" - it was always BillMoe, like one word. We were friends from 9th grade until we graduated and he was always a part of my life - probably the sweetest guy on earth. I remember he scolded me mercilessly when I showed up at the DYA drunk... and I felt really bad about letting Bill Moe down! I'm sorry that I never got to see him again when we were adults to tell him how much he meant to me, and to a lot of people.

I feel terrible now. I didn't even know he had passed away so many years ago. This has taught me that I need to keep closer in touch with friends. Bill was a great friend in high school and I always had the best respect for him. He was easy going, intelligent, not just book smart but savvy and kind. I was impressed with the many universities to which he was accepted. Bill was one of the guys in school who everyone liked. To pass away at such a young age is a tragedy. I know there is an empty spot in the world that no one but Bill Moe can fill. Until our paths cross again my friend,

Bill Moe was a great friend and I was blown away that he died at such a young age. He was one of the smartest, most talented and truly good people that I have ever met. I will sincerely miss him as a friend and classmate.

"Billmoe" was one of my best pals in high school. He was a part of a very close circle of friends that made my experience at SAHS so amazing. I visited his grave at Arlington National Cemetery a few years back with some of the old crew and had a toast in his honor, and I know he would have had a good laugh over that. Bill was a true friend and I'm happy we were able to hook up at a soiree back in '91, where he was the life of the party. He was one of the good guys and will be sorely missed but always remembered with a smile.
