Mr. Laney taught American History. He was both my High School history teacher and I also took American History with him as part of the Far East branch of the University of Maryland following High School. I sat in the same classroom for each. I remember a saying he had..."I love American History." I believe it. He taught with enthusiasm and I thought he was a great teacher!
