Peter Goetz was one of my best friends in Korea. We both lived off post outside then Gate 19. He was in school band, and used to play the Cello, he can be remembered lugging around his Cello case on the Post bus and around SAHS. Peter also was an avid tennis player, and he served as the football team equipment manager in 1975 and 1976. He was married and had a son. Peter attended San Francisco State Univ back in the 70's, and we visited often here in the Bay Area back in the day. Peter joined the Army and served briefly in Hawaii in the 1980's. He was a good friend, and I think of him often. |
