It is with sadness that I share with you the passing of our classmate and friend, William ( Billy ) Haas, in April 2021, in St. Louis, Missouri. He died of a heart attack while swimming in his local community pool. Billy may be remembered, by those who knew him, as one of the team swimmers on The Shaker Heights High School Swim team.

He was a graduate of Yale and Harvard Law School, and a one-time corporate attorney, who later worked as a teacher, swim coach, tutor, and customer service representative. 

Billy will be remembered fondly by all those who knew him.  May he rest in peace.
