Bob was a quiet sweet guy who flew under the radar. We rekindled our friendship in the past few years and I am grateful for that. He has abeautiful family and was so proud of them. He will be missed. R.I.P. Bob.

I am saddened at the passing of our classmate Bob Newman. We rekindled our friendship at the last reunion that he attended with his lovely wife, Cheryl. We hadn't seen each other in the 50 years since graduation, although I found ut we lived only 30 miles apart. We had said that we would've liked to get together when we got back to Florida, but life got in the way, and it never happened. Folks, life is way to short, especially at our ages. Cherish the friendships that you have made or rekindled, and ACT on them! To Cheryl and the kids, your dad was one of the good guys. I will cherish the time we spent togther at the reunion.
