His pet peeves are math and those who teach it.

Cartlon will never forget Graduation Day.

His future plans are to be a life guard at Wildwood and travel.

 

Carlton J. Davis

Carlton J. Davis, 43, of Sharon Hill, a former car inspector for Amtrak of Philadelphia, died Feb. 17 at his home.  Born Sept. 27, 1954 in Darby, he was the son of the late Herbert C. Davis and Anne T. Harvey Davis. Mr. Davis worked for Amtrak as a car inspector for 20 years before leaving on disability in December 1997.

A member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Sharon Hill, Mr. Davis enjoyed boating on the Delaware River and at the Maryland shore. He also loved animals.  Surviving are a brother, Jeffrey Davis of Collingdale and two nephews. He was the step-son of the late William Singley.  A Memorial Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Sharon ave. and School st., Sharon Hill. Burial is private.  Memorial gifts may be made to the Delaware County SPCA, 555 Sandy Bank Road, Media, PA 19063.  Arrangements are by the James F. Knoetgen Funeral Home of Collingdale.
