Duane studied at Delaware County Community College;
He had also lived in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Duane kept in touch with many of his Sharon Hill friends on Facebook.
We will miss him very much.

 

Duane Thomas Fail

Duane Thomas Fail, age 60, of Sharon Hill, passed away at home on Thursday, June 16th, 2016 He was born on March 23, 1956 in Newport, RI to the late, Sidney and Ruth (MacDonald) Fail and was a graduate of Sharon Hill High School, class of 1974. Duane was the owner of Fail’s Cleaners/Formal Wear and Sun of the Beach Tanning Salon in Sharon Hill. Also in his career, he worked for Metro Suburban and was currently employed by American Airlines in Philadelphia. Duane had many interests including fishing, crabbing, camping, canoeing, darts and he was an avid Eagles fan and season ticket holder. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. Anyone who knew Duane, knew of his kindness and compassion. He would do anything for anyone and he had a great sense of humor and infectious laugh. His devotion was to his family who he loved very much. He was the loving father of two children, Derek Thomas Fail and Stephanie Lee Fail, dear brother of Deborah (Fail) Graham, Jeffrey, Patricia (Fail) Rota, David, Brian, Ronald, Steven, Jane (Fail) Murphy. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Friday, June 24th from 10:00 to the start of his memorial service at 11:00am at the Cavanagh Family Funeral Home, 301 Chester Pike, Norwood. Burial: Will be private.
