JOSEPH ANTHONY "JOBO" SPENCER

Joseph Anthony Spencer, age 60, known as” JoBo” to his family and friends, went home to be with the Lord on July 22nd, after fighting a long battle with scleredema. Joe was the third oldest of seven children of the late William and Ellen Spencer. Joe was a graduate of Sharon Hill High School (1974), where he played basketball and baseball. Joe played youth sports for the Sharon Hill AA and Ramblers Association. Joe was a faithful member of Our Lady of Peace Church. He worked for the Budd Company and Federal Express. Joe was best known for his dedication and love for his family. He was a caretaker for various family members and loved watching his brothers play baseball. One of Joe’s favorite pastimes was taking long walks. He is survived by his loving daughter Jill, son-in-law Jeffrey Palladino and the grandson he adored, Joseph John. Joe looked forward to the arrival of his granddaughter, Baby Stella. Joe is also survived by his sister Barbara (Carl) Robinson, Nancy Spencer, his brothers Chet, John (Alanna), Timothy (Donna), Dennis (Alicia) Spencer and by numerous loving nieces and nephews. Viewing: Wednesday 6pm-9pm at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston PA, 19014, and Thursday 9:30am-10:15am at Our Lady of Peace Church 200 Milmont Ave., Milmont Park, PA.
