Sharon McCurdy, 55, 2692 Insitute Road, died Thursday at home. A private service will be held at later date. She was born Dec. 14, 1955, to Ordry Harrison and Marie Irvin in Lenoir County. She is survived by two children.

Shortly after Sharon's passing I received the sad news from two members from my class, the '72 class. Sharon was a close and dear friend of Larry and Dorothy (Garlow) Lehman. Sharon was a member of their wedding party, maid of honor.
