I spent several days reading alot (not all yet) of everyone's comments, notes, stories...etc.
So many memories, so many thoughts going through my minds. Almost 30 years have passed... I don't even know where to begin? The only person that I did have some contact with in the earlier years were Tim Barrick, then I just faded away for a while... I don't think this page is long enough to tell you all where I have been or what all I've done with my life. Let me get to the present for now... I am living in Austin, Texas. This has always been our family's hometown for the last 35 years. I spent several years Arkansas (at U of A after St. Gregs), then to U.T... After college, I spent 5 years in Aspen, Co., but the rest of the time home has been and still is now in Austin, Texas.
My parents, most of all my brothers, sisters are all living here in Austin.
I remained single until I was 39, I've been happily married for 9-1/2 years now, Lilly and I have a beautiful son name Jason, he will be 6 years old in a couple of weeks and just now staring kindergarden. (Susan Baker, you put me to shame with all your wonderful grown children).
As far as "what have you been up to since 1981?", I don't even know where to begin, but I have been very blessed, I had so many opportunities, tried so many things, travel quite a bit after college, taught aerobics in the mid 80's, being a ski bum for several years (got paid while doing it), owned a photo shop, had a couple of restaurants, worked for a computer company in the mid 90's, worked for a builder and built several small hotels in New Mexico and Texas (I don't own it, just built them as a job)... then in the last 10 years, ending up on my own as a General Contractor building commercial retail space.
Family life, I fell in love about 100 times before I finally got married (just like when I was at St. Gregs). Finally in the year 1999, I met my wife Lilly in Vietnam, gained some major mileage traveling back and forth, and thousands dollars of long distance phone calls, I finally convinced her to married me in 2001, and we're blessed with a beautiful, bright and loveable son in 2004.
My life have had many ups and down, a lot of life lessons learned. Now, I look back and feel blessed, eventhough I have not been keeping in touch all these years, but St.Gregs and all of you have been and always will be a great part of my life. Love to you all.

School Story:

Tim B, Susan Baker, Maureen, Monica, Sarah, Barb, Debbie McAuliffe, KC, Mark Arce, Marcia, and many more of you probably each have several stories about me that you can share and we all will roll out laughing nonstop...
We all were so young, so innocent, so naive (at least I think I was) and so much fun...
Susan, thanks for mentioned my name and post my picture on your blog. I lost all my pictures from college (long story), so seeing the pictures you posted brought back alot of wonderful memories.
School story, there are so many to tell. Father Ian was my mentor and my best friend, beside all the wonderful hours in the classroom, I always appreciate the times he spent (his own time) to advise me, guide me and listen to me spill my guts about any thing and every thing going on in my life. I remembered a couple of times when we sat and drink gin and tonic w/no ice, he likes that, hot gin and tonic. My heart ache when he passed away.
Tim Barrick always borrowed my TransAm to go out on dates, until I wrecked it on Easter's eve of my Soph. year. I got a lot of sympathy that night from you all. Then I bought a Honda Civic.
I was suck at tennis, but no one ever tell me that. So was cheerleading, I suck too, but it was fun.
I think back then, I tried any thing as long as we all get involved, it was like a big family. I din't know any thing about horses, but I follow Susan and sign up for a horseback riding class with Father Dennis, that was the first time I rode a horse that actually ran really fast out on the open field.
I was in love with half of all the girls in my class (and a few sophomore girls also during my freshman year). That's what happen when you came from an all boys boarding highschool, coed college was just great.
I have to say this though: Tim B., Susan Baker, Sara and Monica Guinan, Barb, Maureen, Kimberly, Val, Marcia, Debbie McAuliffe, Kathy Fiebig, Linda Sanabria, Brent are my best circle of friends that always stood by me at St. Gregs. Of course not to forget Mark, KC and Kevin are the big brothers that I never had. And all you girls were so in love w/KC at one time or another... weren't you?
Remember all those disco nights? Our canoe trip down the Talaquah (spelling?).
My first roomate was J. Aroyo, he always smoke a pipe back then...
Back then, I am so skinny that Debbie McAuliffe some time borrowed my sport coat to wear it with her bluejeans when she goes out...
I can go on and on forever... Let just say that 29 years have passed, but it seems like just yesterday, and you all are very much dear to my heart, I love you all.
