I went to the funeral home. Ronnie was abviously loved by many people. I have many memories of the fun I had with him. Especially after high school. He had a huge heart and was a great guy.

I was truly hoping that all of the information was false and just a fluke.
Ronnie was one of the funniest guys I have ever met. :o)
I never have gotten in so much trouble in class than when I had Ronnie for a project partner or was sitting next to him.
I think everyone that knew Ronnie just immediately adored him. He had a compassionate heart and could make anyone laugh at anytime. He definitely will be missed by many.

I have too many stories to tell about my relationship with Ronnie, but my favorite was playing in bands with him growing up in Monfort and Shelby Jr. High. Chris Zuccaro and I would drive our mopeds over to Ronnie's house to go practice on certain days, and then when we had to practice at Chris's house, we would load up a make-shift trailer that looked more like one of the Mad-Max vehicles, and tow that crazy thing from Ronnie's to Chris's behind our moped. It had two ropes to stear the front axle-thing that Ronnie built, and had car tires on a steel pole for the rear. It sat up in the air pretty high on a wood platform. I can only imagine that we looked entirely RIDICULOUS driving that thing around. I wish I had a photo of that.
On another note, Ronnie was the kind of kid that would do anything for you. He had such a a huge heart, and a warm smile. There were times in our friendship where you could tell he was genuine, even through his goofing around. He would go to the end of the earth for you. In many ways, he was there in spirit with me whenever I was playing music. I will miss Ronnie for sure.

My only memory about Ronnie is when he pinched my butt in 1st grade. I told my mom and poor Ronnie got in trouble.

I too have so many memories of Ronnie from Monfort on up, both good and bad. I will always feel guilty for selling him out in grade school. He told me to put a pack of his cigarettes in my purse, then someone that will remain nameless told on me and I ratted the poor guy out to save my own ass.

I hope he was at some kind of peace before he died.

Ronnie was the best. I have so many memories it's not even funny. From the days I worked for him & his dad back through Shelby Jr High days and back further into Monfort. Man, hanging out with Ronnie made me feel like Mr. Rodgers hanging with Mic Jagger. I remember once walking past him in Shelby Jr high where Felicia DiProsper indicated there was something she wanted to do; he just looked at me & nodded! That was awesome. We hit the car in front of us one time on Rochester Road because we were reading the Trading Times at the same time. I seen his dad beat his ass a few times, once because Ronnie dropped a brand new bay window. MANY Many more.......
