Lou was the best! Hands down just a wonderful gentle caring soul! We were neighbors growing up and probably 4 days out of the week I found myself shooting hoops with him in his driveway, mine or Eric Nanini's. Just loved that kid and it breaks my heart knowing this world will not be blessed with his presence. If you knew Lou you also know that you probably never saw that kid without that big smile of his on at all times. All he did was smile. Great Friend great memories and he will be missed by me and this world a lot!!

I was extremely saddened to learn of Lou's passing. I would like to echo Marty's sentiments about Lou being a gentle caring soul. What struck me the most about Lou was his generosity. His positive attitude and smile was so infectious that you couldn't help but smile back and feel happy whenever you were around him. Lou was one of the good guys. He never had an unkind word to say about anyone or anything. I had the good fortune of bumping into him about 5 years after graduation. He was his happy-go-lucky self as I'd always remembered him to be. There are more smiles in Heaven now because of Lou.

Wow what a great loss. He was such a kind soul and would always make it his mission to make sure everyone was having a good time and comfortable in their own shoes.  I find myself very sad to hear of all of our great losses from our graduating class and will always keep those in my prayers.

I never remember seeing Lou with out a smile on his face, and he always greeted me with that smile. I don't ever remember him ever being med, ever...
