I lived across the street from Gary, we were friends from the time we were just little kids. He was so much fun to hang out with. I have many fond memories...back in the day when Shelton was a safer, more child friendly place. We didn't have a care in the world. I remember us and our siblings, building forts out in the woods, going for long walks or bike rides, swimming at Mason Lake, picking blackberries in the summer, catching frogs, playing in the snow during the winter, and getting into all sorts of "innocent" mischief. We had so many exciting adventures! Gary was the ring leader, and made it fun for us all. He had a great imagination and sense of humor. He was someone I could confide in, and trust. He was the big brother I never had. I'll never forget you Gary.
