Donda retired from the Washington State Patrol. 

Survived By: Her husband Donnie Waggoner, her sons Mell Danford and Glen Danford, and her daughter, Elizabeth Waggoner

Donda was well-loved by the many women and children she helped at the Lower Columbia Crisis Clinic in Sunnyside, Washington.
