Diane Olson (Good) (1966)

Mike passed away in October of 1999 of kidney cancer.   He was 57.  He was still a great looking wonderful guy -- I miss you every day my dearest brother.  Love you, Diane

Michael D. OLSON

     Clyde Hill, Bellevue resident, died October 18, 1999 at age 57. Mr. Olson was born July 20, 1942 in Boulder, CO. He attended the University of Washington where he studied construction management. He married Sandra Marchioro in Spokane on July 31, 1965. Mike was the owner/president of Olympia Crest Construction Services, Inc. of Bellevue. He was an active member of his community, serving on the board of the Boys & Girls Club and Youth Eastside Services. In addition, he was on Sacred Heart Church's building committee and served as president of the Associated Builders and Contractors where he was an active member until his death. Mike's enjoyment for life came from making those around him happy, whether it was taking his family on wonderful vacations, golfing with his son and friends or lighting up the room with his positive attitude. Mike touched the heart of every person he met. He was a kind and thoughtful husband, father, brother and friend. We will miss him always and he will live in our hearts forever. Mr. Olson is survived by his wife, Sandra; son, Scott Olson and daughter-in-law, Sueanne; daughter, Michelle Olson; mother, Belva Olson; three brothers, Jerry, Dean and Norman Olson; sister, Diane Good, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 23rd at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Bellevue.
