Hey 89ers, if you haven't already, go to sheridan89.com and fill out the reunion survey so we can get an psuedo accurate head count and an idea on what everyone is looking to spend...and we thank you for your support.

What's up with all the forums reversing order. Is this opposite day and no one told me??? I better switch my shirt with my pants!

I have not been on here in over a week or so and man I missed some funny clips! LOL! Richard- I agree, I DO NOT want the reunion at the Country Club, been there done that and there was NO ROOM AT ALL! It was crowded with the people that were there. I can't imagine how cramped it will be this time with MORE people showing up. I believe I have already filled out the poll on the other site. Just wanted to put my 2 cents in about it. Also, Mandy Skinner (Stewart) lost her grandfather last week. Please keep her in your thoughts as well. I am sorry to hear about Linette's situation as well.

We are working up locations in Little Rock and Hot Springs as options and will be putting a new survey of the finalists on the 89 site at the end of this week or beginning of next week. I agree with you guys about the country club unless it is Chenal or PV.

It has fizzled out a little, hasn't it?! Ummmm....hello?? Anyone there?? Oh well, guess I will go to bed early and read my "smut", ummmm...I mean "Romance" novel. LOL!

Missy Ketchum (Warren) (1989)

Oh boys....if you only knew what my books REALLY said!!! OH MY! Put it this way, I have read about 20 of them in about 2 months! Who really cares about the "mushy" story line, once it gets to the sex, WOW! Watch out, it gets REALLY HOT!!!! LOL!

02/16/09 05:28 PM #517

Crystal Clark (Cole) (1989)

Daaaang, Missy, you might need to give me the names of those books you're reading!!!

Jamie Gartman (1989)

Maybe at the reunion we can have a Storytime With Missy portion of the program.

"Okay boys and girls, pull up your chairs as I read an excerpt from On Golden Blonde."

Tommy Smith was asking everyone who their favorite black guy is today in honor of Black History Month. Here's mine...

Missy Ketchum (Warren) (1989)

Crystal, I would be happy to give you one of my favorite romance/smut authors name, Connie Mason. I just bought 10 more today! I can't wait for "Story time with Missy" at the reunion! LOL! I LOVE IT! I will bring some of my favs with me! Those who smoke, feel free to bring your "smokes" with you to have after story time is over. LOL!

02/22/09 07:48 PM #523

Tracy Epperson (Kaufman) (1989)

the thing about those books is they just get your hopes all up that there are actually men like that out there... and then you close the book and get bit on the butt by reality... sigh.

Ya'll, I am so reliving the 80's right now! I'm in Phenix City, AL (yes, I spelled it right- they spelled it wrong) and I have seen everything from a mullet spiked up in the front to a woman with mall bangs and a banana clip. Wish I'd have thought to ask her where she got it so I could get one for the reunion...

02/23/09 11:38 AM #524

David Fort (1989)

You should buy a big box of them and we can sell them at the reunion. We can also get some trucker hats with the mullet in the back. LOL!!!

02/23/09 08:39 PM #525

Missy Ketchum (Warren) (1989)

Ya, since moving to Tennessee, I have noticed that there is actually a fair amount of people still sporting the mullet! LOL! Tracy, I know, I know, (about the books) that's why I have to continually remind myself that they are just fiction!! Although I do request Jody, from time to time, to speak in a "Scottish/Irish Brough"! LOL!

02/23/09 09:37 PM #526

Tracy Epperson (Kaufman) (1989)

That's a great idea David... I'm gonna get online and see if I can buy banana clips in bulk, and maybe a few mullet wigs too. I also have a totally awesome 80's playlist on my ipod... I am SO ready for this reunion!

Missy- does he do it? And more importantly... does he do it well? lol. Scottish accents are hot! They should make a phone sex line for women that is staffed entirely by men with different accents- Hispanic, Scottish, English, any of those work for me.... of course I love a good ol' southern accent too if it's saying the right stuff... =)

02/24/09 12:46 PM #527

Jamie Gartman (1989)

You two girls must really LOVE Shrek! Throw in the Latin Puss-in-boots and you're all set.

Tracy, I bet my 80s playlist is totally awesomer than yours. It's on my profile. If there is something on yours that isn't on mine, let me know what it is. I need to finish mine out.

02/24/09 03:37 PM #528

David Fort (1989)

I heard "The Bird" by Morris Day and The Time on the radio this morning. That should totally be on your list for sure. Radical! Awesome! etc., etc., etc.
