Ken Felde VIEW PROFILE

 

Kenneth Ray Felde, 58, of Sheridan, Wyoming, passed away Friday, April 20, 2018 at his home. He was born at Sheridan Memorial Hospital on October 13, 1959 to Daniel and Darlene (Thomas) Felde.
While growing up, Ken fished with his grandpa Wendall and played American Legion Baseball since grade school. Ken graduated from Sheridan High School in 1979. Dartball was his passion as an adult. He played for A-Plus Plumbers on Wednesday nights and the Eagles Lodge 186 on Sundays. Ken also enjoyed bowling with his dad, uncle, and brother-in-law on the Babione Repair Team.
Ken was a jack of all trades. He worked numerous jobs including: Boyd’s Supermarket, Bino’s Grocery, Carl’s IGA, Peerless Tire, Ed Hammers Chevrolet, Big Sky Asphalt, and L&K Sales. He also, spent time being a commercial truck driver in Wyoming, Montana and California. Ken became disabled in his early forties that took him away from working the jobs that he loved.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dave and Millie Felde and Wendall and Ruth Thomas; and his brother-in-law, Bill Babione. Ken is survived by his parents, Dan and Darlene Felde of Sheridan; sisters, Shelley (Bob) Williamson of Newcastle, WY and Danna Babione of Sheridan; aunts and uncles, Bob (Sheree) Felde of Sheridan, Albert Felde of Albany, OR, Ester Pierce of Dayton, WY, Franci Felde of Sheridan, and Betty (Merritt) Major of Bremerton, WA; nieces and nephews, Jennifer (Wade) Betz of Clearmont, WY, Stephanie Babione of Sheridan, Christene (John) Crowter and Nathan (Katie) Williamson all of Newcastle, WY; great nieces and great nephews, Will and Sara Betz of Clearmont, WY, Taylor and Harper Babione of Sheridan, Brayden and Theodore Williamson and Nicole Williamson all of Newcastle, WY; and special friends, Roger Calkins of Sheridan, Ricky Calkins of Norfolk, NE, and Tom Laya, Spider Howell, and Debbie Paterakis all of Sheridan.
A private family graveside service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Christian Church, Attn. Pastor Doug Goodwin, 102 S. Connor St., Sheridan, WY 82801.
