July 18, 1947 - September 1, 1965

UNADILLA - Funeral services for Roscoe Ferrara, 18, of Unadilla RD 2, who was killed in a car accident Wednesday, Sept. 1, 1965 were held on Saturday at the Sacred Heart Church, Sidney, with Rev. Gerald Clune, officiating.  Burial was in Prospedt Hill Cemetery, Sidney.

Rosary was recited Friday evening at Joyce Funeral Home, Unadilla.

Roscoe was born July 18, 1947, at Sidney, the son of Carl and Doris (Johnston) Ferrara.

He was a student at Sidney High School.

He is survived by his parents; three brothers, John, Jerry, and Carl Jr., all in the U.S. Navy at Whiting Field, Milton, Fla.; and one grandmother, Mrs. Edith Johnston, Walton.
