Brian's sudden passing, in November 2009,  was a shock to all of us.  I wanted to share with all of you that he and Terry were married for 26 years and raised two wonderful sons- both being graduates of The University of Arizona with engineering degrees.

Brian loved his wife, son's, family and friends very much.

Thanks for caring,

Lisa (Griffiths) White

Thank you Lisa for posting the information on Brian.  He and I were friends clear back to 1st grade and little league baseball.  We ran into each other a few times in Tucson, but eventually lost contact.  I was stunned and greatly saddened when I saw on this site he had passed and sad I had not heard sooner.  He was a very genuine person, and he will be missed.

Thank you Lisa, for sharing the information on Brian's passing. This was such a huge shock to hear of his leaving us so unexpectantly. I only heard this today from a fellow classmate and friend. The news broke my heart. I appreciate your family's willingness to share with us.

My condolences goes out to his wife Terry, their sons, his brother Brad and Lisa, and the entire White family. My heart goes out also to Mike Derfus and his wife Diane for their loss of such a wonderful, loyal friend over the years; good buddies ever since grade school. I also knew Brian since 3rd grade at Carmichael school...another common bond. He was always the nice, quiet boy with pretty blonde hair, kinda shy but still a nice boy, as far as "boys" go...eewww boys! ;)  I thought of him in that same way again when I came back to Sierra Vista from schooling in California. Although, this time, we were both much older and now he was "Brian White: handsome, mature, cutie pie who wanted to hold my books and walk me to class." Sigh!

Sweet Brian. Wish we all could have had more time to talk to him at our 25th reunion in Tucson, 2006.  From what I hear though, his was a life lived to the fullest...working hard, playing hard, with all the ones who love you around. Doesn't get much better than that! Sounds like he lived a full, happy life with his wife, family and friends...what a huge blessing!

God blessed you, Brian White. With a smile, and a tear...hope to see you in heaven someday.

Love your friend, Tammy Wilson-Peltonen, April 30, 2011

Wow, Lisa, thanks for posting this.  I had no idea.  My heart goes out to his family and hoped that only time will heal, but love will never fade.

Along with the fact that he had a great sense of humor, we shared the same taste in cars!!  We both drove a little 2 cylinder honda car!  :D  You'll be missed Brian...
