Adam Hyder lived down the street from me on Carmelita Drive. He passed away tragically when we were in junior high.

I wish he could have walked across that graduation stage with all of us; and, I can't help but wonder what his life would have been like had he lived to be our age.

More than anything, I hope that, over the years, Adam's family has found some comfort from the pain they experienced.
