Tomi Pettenati (Fabri)

Here is to Carla, my cousin. She was a brillant person who liked to have fun. She taught me how to make peanut brittle in 6th grade when I moved to Silver Spring. My other cousin Lori, Carla, and I grew up together and spent many hours playing and growing up as the "Pettenati" girls. Love ya dear, Tomi

I remember Carla especially her smile. She was a good person and I'm sorry to hear that she is no longer with us. A sweet person.

She blessed my life for 21 years as my wife. She never did anything 'half-way.' Ever the free spirit, life was to be lived at full-tilt and enjoyed to the fullest. Her zest for life and joy in living enriched the lives of all she came in contact with. Yes, her smile would light up the whole room, and the memory of it still does. I'm forever thankful for the love we shared and the time we had together.
