Who will win the gold medal in Men's Hockey?

Before the game last p.m., I would have said Canada on its home turf. But after watching our goalie, Ryan Miller, stop so many shots . . . USA all the way!

Thoughts . . .

Peace be the journey my friends

My thought was this: "How the heck did I miss the game?"  Was "joined in progress" with USA up 5 to 3 on NBC.  Was the hockey game on a sister station...PMSNBC?  CNBC?  GRRRRRR !!!!

BZook

I watched the entire game on MSNBC, CableOne channel 59. Channel 60 (PMSNBC?) is also carrying Olympic coverage (mostly Curling though).

I always wondered if Australia ever hosted the Winter Games, would it be this time of year while they enjoy summer? Where would they get snow? Maybe they would have to have the Winter Olympics in August.

Peace be the journey my friends

That game was great and so was yesterdays. I won't pick anyone but USA...of coarse I thought we'd win every football game in high school too! So, I really think more with my heart than my head. And I also thought the Colts would pound the Saints.

Like most Americans who watched the U.S./Canada Men's hockey game Sunday, I thought our boys had the momentum in the overtime. What a game though. Being down 2-0 on their home turf and to tie it with seconds left in regulation.

We'll see them again in 4 years.

Peace be the journey my friends
