The other day I was opening my WHS Senior yearbook and a copy of Debby's obituary fell to the floor. I remember attending her funeral and couldn't believe that 25 years had past.
My best memories of Deb was working with her on the yearbook staff. She was second in charge and loved to crack the whip when we weren't getting our assigned pages completed on time. But when Debby didn't feel like cropping pictures or writing photo captions, she would be the first to grab a deck of cards. She loved playing hearts, 99 or 21. And for some reason she always thought that I cheated.
Thanks Deb for your friendship and for just being you. You may be gone but you'll never be forgotten.
